Camille Courtine has been awarded a poster prize for Young Scientists (<PhD + 7 years) sponsored by Elsevier during the 37th European Colloid & Interface Society (ECIS) conference.

Camille works with Olivier Mondain-Monval and her postdoctoral research focuses on the development of kidney phantoms. This work is part of the Digital Urology 3D ANR project which aims a better standardization and overall quality of surgical care for patients with kidney cancer. Especially, the phantoms with biomimetic mechanical properties will be used to train future surgeons.
