CARBON NANOTUBES AND GRAPHENE
The NTG team is focusing its research on the manipulation of carbon nanotubes and graphene. It is based on original processes for the dissolution of nanoparticles, and the study of films, fibers and other nanocomposites. These materials are being studied for energy conversion or storage applications, biofuel cells, new catalysis systems, or 3D printable conductive gels. In response to the challenges of sustainable development, the NTG team is expanding its research to new precursors of carbonaceous materials such as food waste, lignin and cellulose. Finally, the team also uses its expertise in handling and structuring nanoparticles to tackle new projects around dielectric or piezoelectric polymers.
